Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and accessible.
- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, workplace protocols, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to be certified upon hiring).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
