Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, conveyors) with precision and efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
