Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, sorting, and storage of components and finished goods
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain optimal workflow and timely material replenishment
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S principles
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience in electronics/tech manufacturing
