Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate warehouse records through WMS systems and digital scanners
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and care to prevent accidents
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish language skills a plus for diverse Miami workforce
