Responsibilities
- Handle, transport, and store raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation tasks
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings as needed
