Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through precise cycle counts and stock documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, verifying labels and quantities.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize workflow and retrieval speed.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a significant plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
