- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyor systems) with precision
- Manage inventory through cycle counting and documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Support inventory audits and quality control processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
