Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment.
- Inspect equipment and materials to ensure they are in proper working order and free of defects.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Prepare pallets for shipping and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain an efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site).
