Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and manage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure accurate documentation in our WMS system
- Maintain organized staging areas and implement FIFO inventory protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and safety awareness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Strong communication skills for team coordination
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
