Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials between docks and storage areas efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and accurately.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and document any discrepancies.
- Organize stock, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to 5S standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Assist in inventory counting and cycle counts as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and flexible shifts.
