Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following all OSHA guidelines and company protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance of warehouse equipment and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding stock levels and orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in warehouse operations preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we offer training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
