Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing training.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a zero-incident workplace environment.
- Manage inventory levels by coordinating with supply chain teams and utilizing WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate labor scheduling and overtime management to meet production deadlines and peak season demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong working knowledge of WMS (e.g., Manhattan, HighJump) and standard warehouse equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- OSHA 30-hour certification is highly preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
