Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers with precision and efficiency using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management software to scan and track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize stock placement and retrieval processes.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled environment.
