Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO methods
- Process shipping/receiving documentation in WMS system
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
