Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and seal orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (scanners, sealers, conveyors) safely
- Perform quality checks to prevent shipping errors
- Maintain organized inventory and workspace
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Background check and drug screen required
