Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement quality control measures for all outgoing shipments
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy in high-pressure environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
