Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and log data.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers during peak seasons.
- Perform regular cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work in various temperature conditions (climate-controlled and outdoor areas).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
