Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet strict delivery targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the fulfillment area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo integrity.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per day in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 49 pounds (assisted lifting up to 100 pounds available).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
