Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate receiving duties, inspecting incoming shipments against purchase orders and logging data into the WMS.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment or transfer to the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
