Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the facility
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Assist with warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling/forklift experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
