Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and data entry systems
- Organize stock in designated areas for efficient retrieval and storage
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
