Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform daily cycle counts and stock reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Package and label products accurately for shipping and receiving.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to identify material shortages and expedite orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a major plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and experience with barcode scanners.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
