Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using provided scanning technology
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided material handling equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
