Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Load, unload, and organize inventory in warehouse and storage areas
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment for safety and efficiency
- Manage inventory tracking using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and distributing materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to work site
