Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely processing.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock accuracy through cycle counting and regular audits.
- Implement and monitor strict safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading and supervising a team effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
