Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to streamline logistics workflows.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive warehouse experience.
- Proven track record of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
