Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move materials
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily for optimal performance
- Manage inventory through scanning systems and documentation
- Load/unload trucks and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
