Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications
- Scan and label packages for shipment tracking
- Maintain organized inventory of packing materials
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods
- Adhere to safety protocols in a warehouse setting
- Optimize packing methods to reduce material waste
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years experience in warehouse operations or fulfillment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Pittsburgh facility (2 days/week)
