Responsibilities
- Operate provided material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Organize inventory using provided WMS technology and scanning systems
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided equipment (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Commitment to safety protocols and compliance standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
