Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels using RF scanners and inventory management software.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and adheres to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a major plus but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
