Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time tracking updates
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent workplace hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid California Driver's License for equipment operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
