Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick items based on customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Safely pack products in appropriate boxes and prepare them for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information to maintain compliance and reduce errors.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to comply with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and verifying order details.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
