Responsibilities
- Retrieve, pick, and verify products from warehouse shelves using scanning technology.
- Package items securely and prepare them for shipment according to carrier specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Inspect merchandise for damages or defects before packing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and label processing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
