Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and manage raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Prepare shipments for distribution and coordinate with carriers
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Stable work history and reliability
