Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, verify, and warehouse incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely shipments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
