Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from storage areas based on pick lists and accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Move pallets and heavy inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
