Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Implement and enforce OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards
- Train, coach, and manage team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct regular performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving KPIs
