Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the facility and to and from loading docks, vehicles, and storage areas.
- Operate industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock items and comparing them to digital records.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and weight accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and performing quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain or hold a valid forklift certification.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
