Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems
- Manage inventory control through accurate scanning and documentation
- Coordinate loading/unloading of high-value shipments with precision
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train junior staff on material handling protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years of material handling experience in high-volume environments
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with WMS inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with hazardous materials handling a plus
