Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse staff
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational challenges promptly and efficiently
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety knowledge
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
