Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect incoming inventory to ensure quality control and verify quantities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight trucks as required.
- Use handheld scanners and inventory management software accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
