Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments while maintaining inventory records
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with zero-error verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow and space utilization
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
