Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counts
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment in a 150,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
