Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform routine equipment inspections
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
