Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas following FIFO protocols
- Accurately document material movements using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company quality standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling role
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
