Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products between warehouse zones using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counting
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement 5S principles to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
