Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via our digital tracking system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with remote team members for cross-functional coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Support shipping/receiving processes with precision and timeliness
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid remote/on-site model
