- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and shipping operations
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and best practices
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred
