Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to distribution partners
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
