Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy
- Prepare outbound shipments for domestic and international distribution
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (day/night rotations)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
